It’s the first week of May (1st-7th) and here’s what to expect in the Human Design transits this week!
We’ve been out of emotional definition for 6 solid days!

We have another long stretch of a single energy coming up!
We’re back in the 3-60, channel of mutation, which sticks around until the 25th of May. And joined by the 27-50 for 1 day, and the 2-14.
Sprinkling in different experiences of chaos and order throughout the week.
The channel of Mutation, 3-60, from the sacral to the root, is a format channel.
This channel is generating the power and the impulse for the individual circuit. So this begins the pulse of innovation and individualism throughout the bodygraph.
Over the next 3 weeks, the theme here is innovation.
Genetically this channel is HUGE. This is where all genetic mutations begin. So there are themes of releasing control, surrendering to life, and diving into the chaos. Because mutation cannot be controlled.
Because gate 60 is in the root center, this energy is received as a pulse. Like an on/off switch. When the energy is on, you are powerful, unstoppable, vibrant and ready to get things done.
But when it is off, there is no energy, and getting anything started, let alone completed feels heavy and impossible.
Managing when you have the energy to go go go and surrendering to rest or a slower pace of action when you do not, is vital to the healthy expression of this energy.
The combination of the sacral response and the root pulse here is asking us to, collectively, respond to transformational and innovative work.
Creations, ideas and opportunities that are bold, new and can change the future (possibly).
What I love, and what also frustrates me, about the individual circuit and the impulse creative here is that it is ALL potential.
Your new, bold and innovative ideas can potentially change the collective. But there is no guarantee it will.
Reflecting upon, how can I share my new and potentially weird ideas without attaching to the outcome? Can sharing an idea be the reward itself? Where can I allow myself to show up as a more uninhibited version of myself?
On Thursday 4th May (May the 4th be with you), we see the 27-50, channel of preservation in the transits. This channel graced our presence for a few days in April and is back for just a day.
The theme of this channel connecting the sacral to the spleen, is nurturing that which we bring into the world. The combination of 27, the gate of Caring, and 50 the gate of Values, is asking us what values we need to uphold and what care needs to be shared in order to survive.
This channel is the archetype of a mother.
Feeding, clothing, loving her family, whilst instilling responsibility, consequences and education. It is the combination of the care and the values that creates a successful future.
You can reflect upon, are there any out of date values that are limiting our expansion? Are we all playing by the same rules in my close community? Is there a balance in the care I give myself and the care I give to others? Can I invite more self-care into my life?
This is a channel in the tribal circuitry that brings themes of reciprocal sharing and ensuring the needs of the close chosen kin are met.
Reciprocity is essential here! Always living in a “you scratch my back, I scratch yours” world. It may be a good time to ask yourself, do my relationships feel fair and equitable right now? Do I need to negotiate any of my connections? Am I carrying a heavy burden in this relationship?
On May 6th we spend a day with the Channel of the Beat, 2-14. From the sacral to the G center. This is another individual channel.
Now we are combining the impulse to engage in bold, unique and innovation work (3-60), with your unique direction in life (2-14).
Collectively this transit is bringing us the energy to sustain our unique creative work.
It is creating a direction of change that will in turn empower others. The goal in this channel is to truly surrender to life, be open to responding to anything, this is where change occurs.
You may ask yourself, how can I surrender to the divine direction of my life? Where can I loosen my grip on what I think life should look like? What feels delicious to embark on right now? Can I follow my passion just a little more each day? What do I need to build to support the creation of my dreams?
