This week the Human Design transits forecast for 25th February-3rd March 2025 (25/02-03/03/25), the sun has moved into gate 37, the gate of friendship. This is bringing the 37-40, channel of community, to join the channel of transitoriness, 35-36 all week. On Sunday the sun shifts into gate 63, the gate of confusion and you spend a single day with the 25-51 channel of initiation.

Yesterday, the sun moved into gate 37, of friendship, in the solar plexus. Gate 37 is part of the tribal circuitry and brings the emotional awareness of the needs and wants of others, plus the energy to care for them. However, as part of the tribal circuit, there is a bargain to me made here.
In order for this gate to truly explore the possibilities of the joy and love that a family and kinship can bring, you must first be acknowledged and then met in what you’re bringing to the table. These are bargains rooted in love that help everyone feel cared for.
With the sun in gate 37 this week you might want to think about, what unspoken bargains am I carrying? Who reciprocates the care I love to give? Am I caring for myself enough to care for my closest people? What do I need to ask for in return?
What do we need to feel full?
With this as the sun, you’re also being defined in the entire channel of community, the 37-40. Moving from the solar plexus to the heart, this is where the emotional awareness meets the commitment of the heart center. This energy builds the foundation of our strongest communities asking, who is bringing what to our shared table in order for it to be full?
The channel of community is always asking, is the deal sweet enough? Meaning am I getting enough out of this for what I am putting in. Remember, this is heart centre energy. There is not an endless amount of energy here. It is in the contracts we make that ensure life can be the most vital and healthy for us.
You may want to noodle over, what contracts do I currently have in place? Where do they need adjusting? Who needs informing about my needs and expectations?
The ratchet emotional wave
This is the ego circuit, so we’re very much rooted in the material world, food, time, love and money. This is about all the things that keep us going in life. It is all the ways we intertwine with the other.
And as such this is where we find the ratchet emotional wave. This wave is kind of like when you fight with your significant other about a pair of socks on the floor.
But it’s not really about the socks.
It’s about the 25 times you have asked them to pick up their socks. And the 25 broken “deals” that said they would. So eventually there’s a blow up!
This ratcheting is the gradual build up of needs or bargains not being met until there is an expression of this emotion. And this is completely healthy to do so.
For many people with the 37-40, like those with the other emotional waves, the wave will happen. It’s not something they can control or avoid. The wisdom here is witnessing the build up, noticing the bargains not being upheld and communicating your needs along the way.
You won’t be able to stop the climax, but it might feel less explosive and more manageable.
So with the 37-40 for this whole week, you’re going to want to ask, where am I carrying more of the bargain? Where can agreements be negotiated? Do I feel appreciated and equal? Which boundaries need to be reaffirmed?
It’s important to remember that this is heart centre energy. The heart wants to do as little output as possible for maximum gain. This is not about giving and giving and giving, it’s about doing your bit and expecting the other to do their bit too!

Human Design transits forecast 25/02-03/03/25 Theme: Growing through questioning, doubt & pushing the edges!
On Sunday 2nd March, the sun moves into gate 63, the gate of doubt. And my conscious Earth, so we’ve got a lot to say about this one!
The gate of doubt is here to begin a process of questioning life and all we know to be “true”. It is here to poke holes in life. And although this can be horribly destabilising (especially to my dear first and fourth lines), it’s the beginning of innovation! It’s where we can begin to change things for the better!
Gate 63 asks us “but is it though?” And this will be the theme into next week. Allow yourself to question everything you know about life IN ORDER to change the path to something better!
We are not poking holes for the sake of the holes. We’re seeking the light on the other side that might be better than what we have now.
You can ask yourself, what truth is no longer serving me? How many other ways could there be to XYZ?
And as this is mental energy, mental pressure, this week could be a lot. So take the time to be mindful, to meditate, to release the pressure to think and ground into the wisdom of your body!
Can we let the light in?
Finally, joining gate 63, and the 36-35 (obviously) for just a single day on Sunday 2nd March is the 25-51. The channel of initiation from the G center to the heart brings the energy of the will center and the centering of the G to shock you into higher levels of consciousness.
The 25-51 is always seeking to experience what is on the outskirts of what we know. Looking to push the boundaries of life to really see how far we can go, how much expansion we can truly experience!
Innately it sees our ability to be full powerful individuals, and it can recognise this so naturally in the other. This week you might notice the people around you who are ready for more and feel inspired to push them in that direction. But this is a projected channel. You must be invited to do so, or you’re on a straight road to bitterness!
Today you might ask, who is ready for the next level of life? Where can I explore my awareness and consciousness? What challenges make me feel powerful right now?
Channel of transitoriness
The channel of transitoriness, 36-35, is very prominent next week, so we’ll dive into that again then!
