This week in the Human Design transits forecast for 9th-15th January 2024 (09/01-15/01), we begin the week with the sun in gate 54, gate of ambition. We collectively transit into and out of 57-10, channel of perfected form over the next few days. We spend two days in a reflector transit before the sun shifts to gate 61 on Friday 12th January. This moves the energy from deep in the root center, up to the head. Keeping the transits in a pressure center. But bringing a mental pressure to our experience rather than a physical, adrenaline fuelled pressure.

Ambition & intuition
We dived into gate 54, ambition, last week. As a quick recap, we are carrying the same social laddering climbing, pressure to leave a legacy, “marrying maiden” energy into this week. Today, Tuesday 9th January, you are collectively defined in the 57-10, channel of perfected form, for a single day. This channel returns on the 12th and carries you into the middle of next week.

Human Design transits forecast 09/01-15/01 Theme: Conviction, emptying out, & the big questions!
The 57-10, from the spleen to the G center, combines the gentle power of the intuition (gate 57) meets your identity and direction in this world (gate 10).
Gate 10 is a yin gate carrying a masculine energy with it. It is where you pour who you are into the world. Expression for gate 10, the behaviour of the self, is an embodiment of how much, and how deeply, you love and value yourself. This often shows up as conviction who you know yourself to be and where you are going in life. This meets with the most intuitive gate in the Human Design chart, 57, to create a direct connection from your powerful intuition to behaviour in the world. Intuition to action, a perfected intuitive form.
This energy is grounded in vitality. The 57-10 knows how to stay alive. And thus make efficient and safe leaders, guiding those around them to their most vital state through intuition only. But in order to hear your intuition and follow it in the moment, there must be a deep level of respect, devotion and surrender, to allow life to guide you without having to logic through the process.
You may want to think over, what does my intuition feel like? How does it feel to follow my intuition without logic? What evidence do I have that this serves me in my life? What hunches am I receiving that need my attention? Can I release the need to be perfect and trust in my ability to move through life as the adventure of being myself?
Reflector transits
We spend the 10th and 11th January with a reflector transit, once again inviting you to empty out of anything that is not yours. To see life as an opportunity to sample all the variety, opportunities, connections and paths without having to take any of the energy on.
Although a Reflector has 9 open centers, an aligned reflector has developed the wisdom to be in the energy of their environment but not become it. The reflector becomes a filter for the health of where they are and who they are with, sampling the energies but not holding on to them. As the drag queen Jinkx Monsoon would say, “water off a duck’s back”, hear it, feel it, but let it go.
I’m sure you’ve had a busy start to the year, so this is an invitation to pay attention, to recenter and to release anything that is no longer serving you. Asking you to reflect on, what is working is working for me? Where do I feel supported and delighted? What do I want more/less of right now? To come back to your body and ask, does this really feel good? Or am I convincing myself that it should?
What is the meaning of life?
On Friday 12th January, the sun shifts into gate 61, the gate of mystery. This is part of the mental awareness stream in the individual circuit that begins in the head with gate 61.
Gate 61 is the gate of mystery. This is the pressure to thinking about and potentially figure out all of the unknowns in the universe. It is through this pressure to ask the big questions that we can move into a new, mutative thinking process and begin to see glimpses of what could be known.
The gate of mystery brings us the pressure to question the mysteries of life. Think, what are we doing here? What is humanity? How much can we learn? The pressure of the unanswerable! This gate is the birthplace of the questions that eventually created religion, philosophy and psychics.
These big questions bring the opportunity for you to recalibrate the way you look at the world, continually opening up space for newness and innovation in how we interact with our environment.
This gate has the ability to begin to cut through the noise of life to find knowings, or moments of “inner truth” that shape the way with which you look at and move through the world.
You may want to reflect upon, how do I feel connected to something larger than myself in life? How can I relax into not knowing the answers? Can I enjoy the great mysteries of life without the need to solve them? How can I align to what I already know is working for me?
